Northern Expo brings great music from the north to everyone, everywhere.

Northern Expo is all about showcasing the great music scene from the northern part of Norway.

We love music and our northern surroundings, and by combining our two favorites we tend to make some unique music experiences from our small corner of the world. Experiences from spectacular scenery at Svalbard in 2018 and Tromsø in 2021 (along with SXSW Online) that we want as many as possible to be a part of.

At the same time as we want as many as possible to be a part of our northern experience, we realize that we have a responsibility to take extra care of our vulnerable areas. The arctic are one of the areas that are experiencing the devastating impact of climate changes and increased tourism, and by bringing our part of the world to you also by video and streaming, we can show you our artists and surroundings and leave only a small footprint behind.
