    18:15 - Opening reception and dinner at “Roast”; the 16th Floor Skybar at the hotel

    20:30 - Bus transfer to Svømmehallen Scene

    21:00 - OPENING SHOW at Svømmehallen Scene

    22:30 - Bus back to the hotel (the Thursday program is over)

    23:00 - Hangout at “Roast” Skybar (for those who would like that)

  • 08:30- Meetup at the hotel reception. BE THERE ON TIME.

    09:00 - Boat to Fleinvær

    10:00 - Arriving at Fleinvær

    11:30 - CONCERT: Johanna-Adele Jüssi

    13:00 - Panel discussion with Katarina Barruk, Emil Kárlsen, Viktor Bomstad and Arne O. Holm - touching in on Sami music and the High North.

    14:15 - Lunch (Vegetable soup!)

    15:00 - Walk around the island

    16:00 - Boat to Arnøy Brygge

    16:30 - Arriving at Arnøy

    17:30 - CONCERT: Nordnorsk Jazzensemble + Liv Andrea Hauge

    19:30 - Dinner time! Seafood buffet

    23:00 - Boat back to Bodø (30 min)

  • 09:00 - Free time (Do what you feel for, have a short hike to a nearby mountain, experience a sauna, have a run or just walk around the city)

    12:00 - Lunch: Hosted by Music Norway (at the hotel)

    13:00 - CONCERT: Liv Andrea Hauge Trio (Store Studio)

    13:45 - Walk to the Stormen library

    14:15 - CONCERT: Emil Kárlsen (Litteratursalen, Stormen Library)

    15:00 - Walk to Beddingen Kulturhus (refreshments at Beddingen)

    16:00 - CONCERT: Maud (Beddingen Kulturhus)

    17:00 - Free time

    19:00 - Dinner at OHMA

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • SCANDIC HAVET (HOTEL)

    Located on the harbour edge in the heart of Bodø, Scandic Havet is where we are staying during the whole Expo. The hotel has a Skybar (Roast) with an extraordinary view of both Bodø and the nature surrounding it.

  • SVØMMEHALLEN SCENE

    The old public svimming pool that got transformed into a 1200 cap venue! This is where the Opening Show will be held.

  • FLEINVÆR

    An hour by boat west of Bodø, far out to sea you will find Fleinvær. This is where we will spend our daytime on Friday with Johanna-Adele’s concert, the panel and of course some wandering around to experience this amazing place!

  • ARNØY

    Some nautical miles southeast of Fleinvær you’ll find the Arnøy islands. The two islands have around 250 inhabitants. We will spend our Friday afternoon/evening at Arnøy Brygge with both concerts and seafood for dinner.

  • STORE STUDIO

    Originally built as a TV and radio studio in the 60’s by BBC engineers, Store Studio is a legendary recording space in Bodø.

    Here you will experience Liv Andrea Hauge Trio on Saturday, after lunch.

  • STORMEN: LITTERATURSALEN

    The “literature hall” is a small concert venue located inside the public library. A huge marble building right next to the fishing boats and the sea. This is where you will experience Emil Kárlsen at 14:15 on Saturday.

  • BEDDINGEN KULTURHUS

    The old boat repair shop that got transformed into a multi-purpose black box space back in 2021 is a cool place to hang out. This is also where Musikkontoret Nord and Nordnorsk Jazzsenter have their offices. The black box will be where we will experience Maud, Katarina Barruk and nonne, on Saturday!
